Sustainable management through Environment, Social, and Governance
ONEstore thinks about society.
February 2026
ONEstore has made its 50% fee reduction policy for small and medium developers — in place since 2020 — a permanent program, further strengthening its shared-growth partnership with developers. On top of ONEstore's already industry-low 20% fee rate, small and medium developers now pay just 10%, easing their burden and reinforcing a virtuous cycle in which competitive content continues to launch.
September 2023
On September 6, 2023, ONEstore CEO Jeon Dong-jin joined the "Zero Single-Use Challenge," a relay campaign run by the Ministry of Environment since February 2023. ONEstore continues to pursue zero waste through measures such as reducing carbon emissions with cloud server alternatives, going paperless in its operations, and producing eco-friendly shopping bags.
October 2022
ONEstore, together with the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, held an information session for the "Big-Star Solver Platform" competition and partnered with startups on content development. Under the theme of "content development for app-underserved groups" as part of its ESG management, ONEstore proposed mobile app-based service challenges and supported the participating companies through mentoring to raise their corporate value.
December 2020
ONEstore canceled its usual year-end party and, adding a donation to the funds it would have spent, contributed 10 million KRW through the Seongnam Volunteer Center to a kimchi-sharing event for underserved residents.
April 2020
To help farms struggling after school meal programs were suspended due to COVID-19, ONEstore purchased 200 "COVID-19 Farm Support" produce packages and distributed them to all employees — supporting the local community while also looking after employee welfare.
December 2018
In partnership with the Seongnam Volunteer Center, ONEstore runs "Care Package" giving activities for elderly residents living alone and other underserved groups, along with year-end volunteer work and charity bazaars.
ONEstore thinks about the app ecosystem.
Since its launch, ONEstore has offered customers discounts and rewards, and developers the benefit of lower fees.
A 30% fee had long stood as an unwritten rule across app markets worldwide. ONEstore boldly cut this to 20%, and by also accepting developers' own payment systems, made it possible to distribute for a fee of just 5%. Lower fees let developers offer customers more benefits — ultimately building an app ecosystem where the market, businesses, and consumers all thrive together.
With ONEstore in-app payment
Developer keeps 80%
With developer's own payment
Developer keeps 95%
Lower fees boost developer profitability, but ONEstore also brings a distinct customer base compared to other app markets, increasing transaction volume for developers who join. On average, game companies that join ONEstore see a net increase of +20% in revenue and +27% in profit.
2020 – Ongoing
ONEstore made its 50% fee reduction policy for small and medium developers — running since 2020 — a permanent program, applying a 10% fee to eligible developers against its already industry-low 20% base rate. As of now, more than 16,000 companies and developers benefit from this policy.
ONEstore thinks about developers.
ONEstore signed a partnership with Jaeneung High School to nurture game industry talent.
